Some bad news we can understand
We have been getting nothing but bad news from the Gulf of Mexico , but Wednesday’s bad news was at least something those of us without engineering degrees could understand: A diamond-tipped saw being used to cut a pipe on the gushing remains of the Deepwater Horizon offshore drilling site had become stuck in the pipe it was trying to sever.
