JellyJiggle supports iOS version 5.1.1 or later on the following models:
- iPhone 4, iPhone 4S and iPhone 5
- iPad 3 & later models
- iPod Touch: 4rd generation (and later models)
JellyJiggle is not supported on jail-broken iOS devices (iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch)
JellyJiggle runs on all the Android devices that fulfill the following criteria:
- Own a processor built on ARMv7 architecture
- Support OpenGL ES 2.0
- Support 640x480 resolution or higher
- Run on Android OS 4 or higher
I have an Android device, but I get the error message “Your device is not compatible”. Why?
Unfortunately JellyJiggle only runs on Android devices that fulfill the criteria above.
If I try to reinstall the game, will I lose my progress?
Your progress will be saved on your device and will be lost when the application is deleted or the phone is restored to factory settings. Be careful, beside your game progress you will also loose all your items if you uninstall or reinstall the game (purchased or other)!
The game crashes when I enter a level! What should I do?
A game crash is usually caused by memory issues on your device. The best way to fix these issues is to restart your device, which clears the memory (this will not cause any loss of data). If this does not resolve the issue, please email email@example.com
for further instructions.
I purchased an item from the shop but I did not get it. Why?
All items you can purchase thru the app store in JellyJiggle are consumable items. Due to technical limitations, these items can NOT be restored. Sometimes, mobile devices experience weak Internet connection. After completing a purchase, the App store needs to send back a PURCHASE OK message to JellyJiggle, which confirms that your payment was successful. If you lose Internet connection when this message is sent, your purchase may not be processed. In this case please check back with Apple before you try to purchase again.
If this does not resolve the problem, then please check your App Store receipt, sent to you via email. If the item is on the receipt, but you cannot locate the download, please contact Apple via the email with your receipt. Click on the link in the email which says Report a problem.

What do I have to do to complete a level?
To complete a level in JellyJiggle you need to achieve two goals:
- Push all colored cubes to their responsive goals
- Fill the goals with the correct colored jelly cube before you run out of time
How do I gain points?
The aim is to push all colored cubes around as less as possible. Push these cubes into their responsive goal in a certain amount of time and use no undos to achieve 1, 2 or 3 stars!
What if time runs out?
If you can't finish a level and the time runs out, you can always replay the level and try again. You will of course keep your collected items and your already gained points and stars.
When will you be adding new levels?
We try to make an update to the game every 4 weeks. Most of these updates will also include new levels and lots and lots of other fun things!
Bombs & Teleports
Bombs and Teleports come with a number of charges. How many bombs or teleports you currently have you can see in the shop section or while playing the game. Once you use the bomb or teleport, one charge is consumed. These items can be quite helpful if you find yourself in a pickle or if you are stuck on a particularly tricky level.
How do I use bombs?
Bombs can be used during gameplay by dragging and dropping the corresponding item (bomb icon) at the top of the game screen. Tab and hold the item, then drag a bomb icon onto a wall on the game board (playfield). Walls which can be destroyed, will correspond when you drag the item over them. Drop the item if you placed it over the wall you want to destroy. WAM!
How do I use teleporter?
Teleporter can be used to move jelly cubes to their responsive goals. You can use them during gameplay by dragging and dropping the corresponding item (teleporter icon) at the top of the game screen. Tab and hold the item, then drag a teleporter icon onto a cube on the game board (playfield). Jellycubes that can be moved will then correspond when you drag the item over them. Drop the teleporter icon by letting go over a jelly cube of your choice. Once the cube is selected, you need to choose a target goal where you would like the cube to be moved to. You can ONLY move the cube to goals matching the color of the cube itself. Tab the goal and the cube will be teleported there. Wow, that's magic!
Is it possible to complete the game without buying bombs or teleporter?
Absolutely! This is in fact very common! Most people who complete all the levels in the game have not purchased any bombs or teleporter. We make sure every level can be completed without using a bombs or teleporter.
